We are a happy family of three (so far :D) and enjoy sports, working out, tasty foods and helping others out – even our little one likes planks!

The vision of Fit Bytes is pretty simple – help people out with their well being and have fun along the way. We love meeting new people, hearing them out and sharing experiences; it helps all of us grow as individuals.

As for what we offer, there are a few things:

– nutrition advice and free recipes
– good books to read for self-improvement
– well being advice
– 24/7 support (when we’re awake of course) ๐Ÿ˜€
– even an opportunity to work with us!

We are also official Herbalife distributors, so we also offer Herbalife products. The products are not necessary nor obligatory for you to use, but don’t be surprised to see them in our recipes. Our experience with the products is extremely positive and we’re happy to be a part of the community ๐Ÿ™‚

I followed Stella and Borna on Instagram for a very long time and followed the progress of their clients and even their own. I just couldn't believe that such phenomenal results could be created in such a short time and with just a little persistence and perseverance, so I decided to try and test myself. I joined a 21-day challenge and thus began my journey. My only change in my eating habits was that I started drinking Herbalife shake biscuit flavored breakfast every morning and thatโ€™s it! I didnโ€™t eliminate a single food item from my diet - junk food as well. Stella and Borna taught me to dose food in such a way that I still managed to lose weight, so I lost 5 kg in 21 days, 9 cm in the waist and 4 cm in the hips. I didnโ€™t need to lose a lot of weight, this was exactly my goal! I am grateful to them to Heaven and back!

I never liked to stick too much to the plan and program of food, training and the like, but after gaining 7 kg more than I would have liked, I turned to Stella whom I met by chance, and I am grateful for that. Stella and Borna tried to make me as interesting as possible cardio / strength training, which they explained to me in as much detail as possible in short videos and the parts I have to watch out for if I want to perform the exercises properly without injuries. Without any inquiries, Stella occasionally sent me some of her own recipes, snacks, etc., which helped me think about what I can and "may" eat that day without feeling like I'm on a diet. Daily support and super organized plan and program for us who want to get our health and body in order without feelings of coercion and compulsion, and without feeling that I must not eat something which I think everyone develops a huge desire for when dieting ๐Ÿ™‚ Every recommendation for this small team in front of which is a great success!
